Intimus 14.87 Industrial Shredder Baler Combination 3.8x40mm

The Intimus 14.87 shredder/baler is an industrial paper shredder designed for high-performance in centralized applications, featuring an integrated baling press. It efficiently processes up to 95 sheets simultaneously, boasting an impressive throughput of approx. 507 lbs/h.

The Intimus 14.87 boasts a large feed table complete with an integrated conveyor belt, guaranteeing a smooth, secure, and efficient loading experience. It incorporates automatic start-stop-restart functionality and an automatic reverse motion control system to manage paper overload seamlessly. With its wide 17.3 in input tray, this document shredder enables fast, convenient and secure loading and effortlessly shreds stacks of paper including stapled or paper-clipped sheets, crumpled paper, CDs, floppy disks, and credit cards in a single operation. 

The shredded material is compressed into compact bales. The compaction process starts automatically as soon as the baler is filled with sufficient material. A ‘bale complete’ indicator interrupts the cutting process and the bale can be removed via a push-button control. The bale can be tied twice for greater stability.

The reduced device width of 31.5 in enables it to fit through most standard doors. There is an option for manual feeding directly into the baler. The Intimus 14.87 model can be optionally equipped with an automatic oiler.

Featuring a robust feeding conveyor belt, a clear and intuitive control panel, and a low noise level of 61 dB(A), it operates at security level P-4 with a shredding speed of 11.8 in/s.
