Contact us by email for fastest response.  US customers can also send us an email with your phone number and we'll call you.

Return policy: contact us within 3 days of delivery in the event of any shipping damage.  Contact us for return authorization before returning anything.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, except for items that ship direct from the factory, special orders, and parts, which are not returnable.  Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.  No refunds for unauthorized returns, or undeliverable or refused shipments.  Restocking fees apply if item returned is not in sellable new condition.

Warranty: all items we sell come with a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.  Feel free to contact the manufacturer directly for any issues arising during the warranty period, or if you receive a defective item.  We can also assist with warranty issues as needed.

Sales Tax: if you are tax exempt, regardless of your location, please provide documentation at time of ordering.  We only collect sales tax on orders shipping to Florida.  If using Shop.app or another app or service to order from us, they may collect sales tax in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
