Shipping policy

Orders of $99 or greater, that have a shipping address in the lower 48 US states, qualify for free ground shipping.  Free shipping typically takes 3-10 days to arrive.  Almost all items we sell qualify for this.  A few larger items, such as the 500 and 550 presses, and vacuum presses, must ship by truck freight and only receive free shipping if going to a business address that has a loading dock or forklift available.  Email us with any questions.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery in the event of any shipping damage.  Contact us for return authorization before returning anything.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, except for items that ship direct from the factory, special orders, and parts, which are not returnable.  Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.  No refunds for unauthorized returns, or undeliverable or refused shipments.  Restocking fees apply if item returned is not in sellable new condition.

Local pickup may be available.  Many D&K products ship from the factory in Elk Grove Village, IL.  Many Logan products ship from the factory in Wauconda, IL.  Email for local pickup details for those products.

Express shipping is available for all products.  Email for a quote, we ship almost anywhere on earth.  We can also ship using your UPS or Fedex account, or an LTL account.
